[openstack-dev] Meeting times: End of Winter time transition twilight zone

Hi everyone,

With the US migrating off summer time over the week-end, we are now all
in winter time. Please note that all meeting times being set in UTC
time, you might want to triple-check your meetings time this week. As a
rule of thumb, they should generally happen one hour before than what
you were used to during summer. Useful tools to avoid confusion include:
