Please note that I include the Savanna PTL in this list though Savanna
was not part of the original PTL announcement for this round [0], as the
program became incubated during the election process [1]. I evaluated
the documentation surrounding the Savanna PTL election process as I was
requested to do, concluding that their electorate had knowingly elected
their PTL to remain in position until the conclusion of the Icehouse
release, should the program be incubated. Links to Savanna election

I have posted the announcement to the openstack-dev mailing list opening 
TC nominations. We are into the TC election process. Thierry and I will 
both be officiating the TC election.
