Here is the proposed agenda:
*       Welcome
*       Discussion of the proposed implementation/bylaws changes
o       Core not a static set of projects but instead determined by process
*       Specific code and/or tests to be identified
o       TC continues to determine scope of integrated release
o       Board determines scope of "Core," which is a subset of integrated release
o       Other concerns?
*       Next steps

When you make the turn onto Hanover (coming from Page Mill Road), make the first right hand turn into the HP Visitors parking lot. This will put you directly in front of our building, Building 20.   Once you enter the lobby, please check in with the reception desk and someone will come down to greet you and escort you to the conference room.
