Aaron, welcome to stable-maint, 2013.1.4 targeted patches are ready for your +2 :) BTW stable-maint team is now part of OpenStack Release Cycle Management program[1] with Thierry as PTL. At his suggestion, we'll start monitoring stable-maint members' review activity and, same as in other core teams, trim inactive members periodically.
