I'm sure many are familiar with Rodolfo form the work that he has done in neutron over the years. I have worked with them for a long time and over the years they have also contributed too and reviewed changes too os-vif.

I think having a neutron core on the os-vif team would certainly help bubble up pain points form them and address such issue faster in os-vif going forward. Rodolfo is familiar with the code and with the upstream review process so i think they would be a good fit.

If there are no objection to this ill bring this up again in next weeks nova team meeting and add rodoflo to the core list.
