I intended to send this last week but didn't find time till now.

I'm sure many are familiar with Rodolfo form the work that he has done
in neutron over the years.
I have worked with them for a long time and over the years they have
also contributed too and reviewed
changes too os-vif.

I think having a neutron core on the os-vif team would certainly help
bubble up pain points form
them and address such issue faster in os-vif going forward. Rodolfo is
familiar with the code
and with the upstream review process so i think they would be a good fit.

If there are no objection to this ill bring this up again in next weeks
nova team meeting
and add rodoflo to the core list.
