I had something similar, try reinstalling python from OSP repo, not common, as it rewrites some python lib file... at least it helped me. On Tue, 16 Jul 2019 at 12:05, Manula Thantriwatte < manulachathurika@gmail.com> wrote:

While I don't see any issue around devstack horizon with python3, I see some points to be checked. - Do you use USE_PYTHON3 in local.conf? - Is the right wsgi module for apache installed? - Can you import django.core.wsgi with right python3 interpreter manually? The following is an example in my environment. $ which python3 /usr/bin/python3 $ python3 manage.py shell Python 3.6.8 (default, Jan 14 2019, 11:02:34) [GCC 8.0.1 20180414 (experimental) [trunk revision 259383]] on linux Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information. (InteractiveConsole)
from django.core.wsgi import get_wsgi_application
now exiting InteractiveConsole...
$ cat /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/wsgi.load LoadModule wsgi_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_wsgi.so $ dpkg -S /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_wsgi.so libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_wsgi.so On Tue, Jul 16, 2019 at 7:04 PM Manula Thantriwatte <manulachathurika@gmail.com> wrote:

Thanks all. What I have done is, completely remove Ubuntu 18.04 and install Ubuntu 16.04. It works without any problem. :) Thanks ! On Wed, Jul 17, 2019 at 2:03 PM Akihiro Motoki <amotoki@gmail.com> wrote:
