I had something similar, try reinstalling python from OSP repo, not common, as it rewrites some python lib file... at least it helped me.

Django version is : 2.0.5

I tried with uninstalling Djanago and reinstalling it. But it didn't work for me.

Can someone help me on how to resole this issue ?
