[kolla] ceilometer and nova compute agent

good morning, i would like to measure instances metrics but i cannot understand if i need to add this package on nova containers or the apt package is already installed (or do i need to create a custom nova container?) https://docs.openstack.org/ceilometer/latest/install/install-compute-ubuntu.... thank you.
