Hey Zakhar & Roby, As far as governance is concerned, Freezer still exists. But I see in git, no commits since the last 8 months. Based on your comment, do you have experience that reflects it's not functional? If it truly is abandoned, we should ensure the governance reflects that -- but right now we have the impression it should work, and was included in the bobcat release: https://releases.openstack.org/bobcat/index.html#bobcat-freezer.
