I already proposed new release of the ovn-octavia-provider (1.1.1) [1] and
it's done.
But TBH I'm a bit confused as we had already version 1.1.0 released in Xena
cycle some time ago - see [2]. So I'm not really sure why this project is on
that list now :)

Indeed you are right our tooling used to generate this list missed this point. I'll try to see why it didn't ignored ovn-octavia-provider.
