Radosław Piliszek (yoctozepto) and I have discovered that Blazar is also broken by the release of oslo.db 12.1.0: CI jobs are failing CI jobs in [1]. I will try to fix it like Stephen did for other projects, but I would like to flag that it is possible other projects are impacted: in particular we should check any smaller project that doesn't run CI jobs regularly.
This reminds me of the breakage we had at the end of the last cycle with oslo.context 4.0.0 [2].
