Big +1000 from me for what Shamail wrote.  You imparted a level of energy to the group that kept us going and stood out as an example for us on sticking with the story reviews.  Your focus provided a more pragmatic vision based on real operations that most of us are too removed from.

Keep in touch, and be assured that your emeritus position will quickly convert back to active as soon as you say you have the time.

Thank you so much for all of your contributions and helping this working group reach new heights of productivity.
