[User-committee] [vahana] Op Survey Assistance

Hi Jay,

I don’t mind helping to conduct the research at the summit assuming that
my travel is approved. However, it would be cool to have some of the
vahana members help with the research to help build empathy with their
users.

Another thought would be to run a focus group with operators in the
evening that includes pizza and beers. Focus groups have fallen out of
favor in the past few years, but they can be valuable if done correctly
with the right kind of participants.

However, I would like to hear Tom’s thoughts on whether it would be this
kind of activity would be appropriate.

Cheers,

Piet
