Dear Volunteers for the TW OpenStack AppDev Hackathon,

I would like to personally thank each of you for your support in the first AppDev hackathon sponsored by OpenStack. The hackathon is looking like it will be an amazing event through the tremendous support from the Executive Yuan office, CCAT, ITRI, III, and many others.

ACTION: I would like each of you to review your availability and provide an update to our tracking spreadsheet (link <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FrLb0tv5RRvJEIXCkVwwsyaecGy-zhTQbRdbbwIiN4U/edit?usp=sharing>) Volunteer Schedule tab. 

I would like to have at least 10 judges for this event; and as you can see we currently have less than five. If you are interested in being a judge, please update the role to Judge.

We will also be organizing David Flanders of OpenStack to conduct a training and orientation session open for everyone to join — particularly the judges and mentors. Please mark your calendars for a 2-hour Google Hangout and F2F session on Wednesday, 16-March at 14:00. More information will be provided soon.
