The hackathon is looking like it will be an amazing event through the tremendous support from the Executive Yuan office, CCAT, ITRI, III, and many others.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><font color="#831100" class=""><u style="font-size: 12px;" class="">ACTION</u></font>: I would like each of you to review your availability and provide an update to our tracking spreadsheet (<a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FrLb0tv5RRvJEIXCkVwwsyaecGy-zhTQbRdbbwIiN4U/edit?usp=sharing" class="">link</a>) <b class="">Volunteer Schedule</b> tab. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I would like to have at least 10 judges for this event; and as you can see we currently have less than five. If you are interested in being a judge, please update the <b class="">role</b> to <font color="#4f7a28" class=""><b class="">Judge</b></font>.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We will also be organizing David Flanders of OpenStack to conduct a training and orientation session open for everyone to join — particularly the judges and mentors. Please mark your calendars for a 2-hour Google Hangout and F2F session on <b class="">Wednesday, 16-March at 14:00</b>.
