Hi Charles,

I agree with you on all the benefits we can get from using IRC for 
committee meeting. But not everyone uses IRC and sometimes it's 
necessary to hold face-to-face meetings for driving task progress. I 
think we should consider yoyo's suggestion to have f2f meetings with 
possible online public meeting channels available for remote attendees 
at least for each regular committee meeting. One thing we have to ensure 
is that all the discussion happened in the committee meeting or 
committee work progress should be documented and shared with by 
community. Anyone would like to comment on this?
