[Openstack-track-chairs] Part Two: OpenStack Summit Barcelona Session Selection Process

A quick reminder that when you're looking at your totals while building 
your selections, the total includes the alternates. So for instance in 
Case Studies, you'll see the following, which means you have 16 total 
selections, including alternates (14 selections + 2 alternates). This 
will be graphically clear as you build your selections and order them.
