Hi everyone,

In the ops-guide session at the Austin OpenStack Summit, we discussed reorganising content by task instead of persona, to make information easier to find, and reduce content overlap and duplication between guides. To achieve this, we are defining a list of tasks for cloud architecture design and operations, and identifying outdated content and overlapping content between the Operations Guide and Architecture Design Guide. We would appreciate your thoughts and comments in the etherpads https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ops-guide-reorg and https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ops-arch-tasks.
FYI, a reorganization spec for the Architecture Design Guide is in review  https://review.openstack.org/#/c/311998/.
We also need more cloud architects and operators contributing to the Operations Guide and Architecture Design Guide reorganisation. If you are interested, please add your name to the team list https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/OpsGuide#Team_Members. We run a team meeting biweekly - details are on the wiki page.
Feel free to contact me or Shilla Saebi if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Darren
