[Openstack-operators] how to use glance-replicator command

Hi, all

I tried to execute the glance-replicator command in a mitaka environment 
based on centos, but failed, is this command supported by mitaka? how to 
use it?
can anyone help me?

# glance-replicator dump <GLANCE_IP>:9292 /tmp
