Open Stack

Hi Translation team,

This is only a question - about a patch I have in Juno that I¹d like to
get back ported to Icehouse.
It is isolated to the Horizon openstack_dashboard ³Router² and it fixes a
broken 'update profile' functionality.

The issue is the patch has a new error string. I was wondering what the
procedure would be with regard to string translation.
Since it is in Juno, is there any way I could potentially back port the
string translation as well?
