Hello,

At present we have the OBS Master repository which contains latest packages
from upstream master branch for given OpenStack projects. Very soon we
should have the OBS Newton repository. For the time being, we should start
testing Newton on openSUSE and SLE12SP2 using the OBS Master repository:
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/Cloud:OpenStack:Master

For adding this repository please use:

$ zypper addrepo obs://Cloud:OpenStack:Master/openSUSE_Leap_42.1 Newton
$ zypper addrepo obs://Cloud:OpenStack:Master/SLE_12_SP2 Newton

After the Newton repository is created we should use the following
repository links:

$ zypper addrepo obs://Cloud:OpenStack:Newton/openSUSE_Leap_42.1 Newton
$ zypper addrepo obs://Cloud:OpenStack:Newton/SLE_12_SP2 Newton

Additionally, we should move over to SLE12_SP2 for Newton release. I can
already see that the repositories on the draft URL are updated to Newton. I
will update them very soon.
