[OpenStack-docs] formatting, styling of RST content

Hi. I am wondering if anyone is thinking about or working on
styling tables or python/curl script output for the RST docs.
I noticed the install guide contains a number of scrolling areas.
The docs generated from DocBook provide scrolling of content for long curl
commands or tables that do not necessarily fit in the specified margin.

What do you think about adding scrolling to control big tables and large
string commands? Is it possible to change the stylesheets/theme to permit
scrolling or write a Sphinx extension to help with the table formatting?
Are there other areas to look at for improving navigation, formatting of
RST content?
Thanks.
