Hi all -

With a shiny Oxygen license, donated by Oxygen, and this URL to start
Oxygen you can get the same validation that our build needs locally in
your editor.

By using the Java webstart version, xml:id errors are found before you
try to build, indicated with a red bar on the right-hand side of the
editor. It also makes editing WADL much easier. Click the Run
<oXygen/> Author link to get started. Hopefully this will alleviate
any build errors before they get to the repo.

If you're interested in using Oxygen and want a license, make a
request by sending an email to support at oxygenxml.com and indicate you
are working on OpenStack documentation. They are supportive of open
source work and will send back a license for your use to work on
OpenStack docs.
