If enough people need it then the answer is 'yes'. The drawback of
making more lists is that the discussions start spreading across
multiple points of contact and become less useful.

The alternative is to request the [HPC] topic on openstack-devs: mailman
allows people to subscribe to specific topics only and topics are marked
by adding specific 'tags' on the subject. AFAIK few people use them, but
the functionality is there, if you know what you're doing.

an email to either Duncan or me (as community manager) should be enough.
Not sure who monitors the mailman admin address (will investigate).
