[openstackclient] openstack cli broken after update to Wallaby

Hi, thanks for your efforts. I don't mind continuing this discussion.  
I just reset my VM to the snapshot which I use as a starting point.  
There is currently no pyperclip installed:

root at control01:~# dpkg -l | grep pyperclip

root at control01:~# apt-cache search pyperclip
python3-pyperclip - Cross-platform clipboard module for Python3

root at control01:~# apt show python3-pyperclip
Package: python3-pyperclip
Version: 1.7.0-1

The package would be installed from the main repo  
(ubuntu-2004-amd64-main-amd64). This is the state before I install any  
openstack related packages.

I did try that with xsel but it didn't work either.

I understand, but how does PyPI get into this environment? How could I  
find out?
