Migrating git repos to OpenDev

You do realize that by changing the naming structure of long existing
projects you are going to break every single HTTP link out there that
points at actual code, right?

Why can't Openstack stay OpenStack inside of the the OpenDev environment?
Or at least provide backwards compatible links?  It is going to be as if
OpenStack has just disappeared.
