Open Stack

So I requested for TripleO RC2 release:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/378620/

Once this patch will merge, we'll have stable/newton on:
- openstack/instack-undercloud
- openstack/puppet-tripleo
- openstack/tripleo-common
- openstack/tripleo-heat-templates
- openstack/tripleo-puppet-elements
- openstack/tripleo-ui

I would ask our group to carefully backport things into stable/newton
if it fix a Critical or High bug reported in Launchpad.

Tomorrow, I'll take care of moving remaining bugs to ocata-1 with
backport-potential tag.
