Some teams have had separate mailing lists but that's never worked to help them integrate better with the OpenStack community. You'd better serve yourself in this matter if you commit to just using openstack-dev.

You might also be available elsewhere as Anita has pointed out. If you want to be part of the Big Tent, you have to make the effort to bridge the gaps.
