While my heart is about that, my brain thinks about some regressions could
be happening because of a +W even for a small change.

The problem with most of the projects is that fixing a regression is not
sometimes easy. Think of a DB migration, an o.vo Object being bumped or a
RPC or REST API change as examples.

Even if libraries are not related to that, think how a very small change in
a library can just wedge all our gate and how our history showed us that
fixing that is most of the time much harder in comparison.

I'm not opiniated about the proposal made, I just want to express that
things are not so easy.
