[openstack-dev] [Neutron] Team meeting on Tuesday 1400UTC

I agree too.
Neutron community is scattered all over the world, it makes sense for me 
to have two different times.
If attendance is not big enough that's something that we should try to 
address. It's a problem that we should try to fix, not a condition that 
we should accept. Moving to one time because of this gives the wrong 
message I think.
