Open Stack

Today I started a TripleO Puppet CI wiki page to help describe the
TripleO Puppet CI process, what gets executed, and how to troubleshoot a
failed CI run here:

The goal was to help those who are familiar with either TripleO or
Puppet (but perhaps not both) troubleshoot and understand the CI job we
have running.

Let me know if there are other sections you would like to see added to
this document...
