When cross referencing http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/meetings/ with
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings The following meetings appear to
be dead:

* DB - 11-Jul-2013
    Weekly on Thursdays at 1900 UTC
* LBaaS - 16-May-2013
    Weekly on Thursdays at 1400 UTC
* Neutron Advanced Services - 20-Nov-2013
    Weekly on Wednesdays at 1900 UTC
* Python3 - 16-May-2013
   Bi-Weekly (every other week) meetings on Thursdays at 1600 UTC

So if no one objects, we can consider those dead and free those slots.
