I suggest removing/ignoring those votes until we see if they are spurious.

The Tail-f NCS plugin is very simple code and I'd say it's unlikely
that any recent changes will have broken it in a non-trivial way.
Probably we will find there is no serious issue and it's only teething
problems on the test integration.
