[openstack-dev] [Neutron] Developer documentation - linking to slideshares?

Sean,

You surely have my permission. If it's publicly available you should not
even ask for it!
Well, unless it's copyrighted, but at least I could not possibly copyright
material mostly stolen from other people ;)

On the other hand the issue with slideshare and such is that material might
come and go, thus causing us to have broken links.
Also, as a reader I would prefer to see everything in one place.
Therefore I'd suggest to create blueprints for ovs debugging and plugin
development, and then have people working on them in the framework of
neutron developer docs.
