Hi Gary,

Only one of those is not already listed:  https://review.openstack.org/#/c/47503/ - disabling linked clone and cacheing of images

I'll spend some cycles to see why it wasn't picked up by default. I've bumped up it's vmwareapi-team priority as it seems pretty important.
