[Women-of-openstack] [OpenStack][Women of OpenStack] Future meeting Frequency

Folks -
Biweekly seems to feel about right. Keeps the momentum, with out
burdening some very busy people. Near the SUmmit we would move to
weekly. We can continue to us my teleconference number.
