Amy, what are 4open with respect to user community?
I always viewed users are one of 4 Os.
Are you thinking that for open communication we must only use open sourced based communication?

While I don't mind having my twitter handle on the page, are we discarding the Four Opens by encouraging the use of Twitter instead of maybe promoting the use of this list for async communications?
