In hopes to make it easier for the current UC and future UC members to manage the meeting time(s), agenda, general information, and more for the UC I am proposing we move away from the wiki page and use https://governance.openstack.org/uc/

We would move the meeting agenda, allows us to codify minutes, etc. This will result in our wiki page basically becoming a pointer as the TCs is and hopefully increase our familiarity with the community tool Gerrit and find ways to use it going forward. Please reply back with your feedback/concers/+or-1s/etc.
