Open Stack

Dear all,

the FEDMC WG will not able to make it this time (I will be travelling unfortunately and I'm not sure Paul-Andre has planned to attend the meeting).

Latest news from our side: 
- on-going actions 
  + preparation of presentations/sessions we'll chair at the Sydney summit (B-yond + Inria)
  + Participation to the writing of a kind of executive summary regarding edge computing (B-yond + Inria + Other folks)
  + Evaluation of RabbitMQ and other alternatives in the context of Fog/Edge computing (Redhat + Inria) 
  + Investigations regarding the relevance of Cockroach for additional components (keystone has been done see announcement of the dev-ML, nova and glance are under study). 
  Please note that we expect to have concrete results for both latest bullets for Vancouver.
- planned actions
  + Evaluate Cell V2 (but significant efforts are required because kolla is not cell-V2 ready yet). 
- recent news
  + Some folks from Ericsson Sweden have joined the group
