Dear OpenStack Public Cloud providers.

With the OpenStack Summit Sydney coming up in less than 30 days, we wanted to give some guidance on how your cloud can be part of the Passport program launch.

The most important thing for you to know is the participation deadline: You must have your passport trial program up and running no later than October 27, 2017 at 11:59pm PT. Any clouds that do not have a trial program publicly available by that deadline will not be included in the launch announcement at the Summit. Per the program invitation email, your trial landing page must include the Passport graphic, which we will send to you in mid-October.

Please submit your trial program link to passport at openstack.org as soon as possible so we can review it, give feedback, and ensure your role as a founding partner. 

We've also scheduled two webinars, with Public Cloud Working Group and Foundation staff members on hand, to address any questions you might have about the program implementation and launch.
