Open Stack

Hello all !

it is very difficult to me to attend at 18:00 UTC on mondays, because
it is not in office hours, and it is also a time when I usually
commute or travel to somewhere.

I would like to put in the next agenda a proposal to change the
meeting time. 16:00 UTC would be possible for me, but lets discuss
this on IRC when we have the next meeting.
