Greetings Product Work Group, 
Following up on my commitment from the PWG meeting today, I’m sending a “to-do” list to review prior to our Milan meetup. There are two major projects associated with the roadmap: creation of the roadmap itself, and creation of the “project updates” videos (formerly “design series” webinar videos in Mitaka and Newton).

Key items on our “to-do” list (requested by Arkady) are:
	• Discuss/decide how we might adjust the roadmap intel-gathering process, which was substantially affected by the cycle changes with Ocata. 
	• Formulate the presentation outline we offered to support the PTLs for their project updates
	• Formulate our info-gathering process (survey content, survey tool, etc) for Pike’s release. Aligned with this, nail down delivery dates and form factor of the roadmap.
