[User-committee] [Product] Gerrit repo

Hi Tobias,
I also would be interested to see how/why the template does not fit and check whether we could align, e.g. by adding some optional section into user story template.
Unfortunately, Wednesday 14:00 UTC is also not possible for me.
Best regards,
Gerald

If it is just a template issue and I think that can be easily work with.
It will be great if you could let me know why the template does not fit your use case?
We at Product WG are always looks for improvement. :)
Unfortunately 1400 UTC is not a good time for me.

Thanks for your replies!
We did discuss that, the reason that we wanted to go with our own was basically that the template does not look exactly the same as is, and in that case more clear to have them separated. Also to be able to have other documents there that are produced by the publiccloud-wg.
I can agree about the use cases/stories, would be awesome to have them in the same place. Does it matter if our use cases/user stories are not following the same template? We are currently in the process of specifying the template. Will bring this question to the team at tomorrows meeting. You are all welcome at 1400 UTC #openstack-meeting-3 to join the discussion. =)
Regards,
Tobias

I would agree with Ken and recommend to submit that as a user story to Product WG repo.

Hello,
Go a head and make the request to infra to have a new repo. For instance:

Hi all,
We in the publiccloud-wg are looking into the possibility to get our own
Gerrit repo? The reason for this repo would first of all be to host our
use cases that we will create and documentation around that, and to have
a formal creation process for these use cases. We have looked at how
Product WG have been working with their Users Stories and believe it
would be wise to try to have something similar.
I'd recommend against doing this. The "User Stories" repository[2] is not exclusive to PWG members, but should be considered a place to define and merge user stories for all UC groups/teams.

We are here to motivate this further and listen to feedback!
