Open Stack

   - The PWG is going to play a critical role in consolidating feedback
   from the broader UC
   - We should expect an ever growing number of contributors in our
   process/meetings
   - I've twice heard feedback from potential members who were sitting in
   on our meetings about not having the context for much of what is discussed

Any quiet observers who've experienced the same issue or heard similar
feedback?

I'm willing to work on an effort to better document and provide context in
meetings if I'm not completely off base.
