[User-committee] AUC voting requirements

Ah! That is indeed an important point.

AUC is implemented using the data from your Foundation Member Profile 
(http://openstack.org/profile ), including your:
* email addresses
* IRC name
* Ask OpenStack username

Please ensure those are up to date.

So, if you are not gaining AUC status via contributions to UC-governed 
git repositories, no need to check in with Gerrit.
