Hi AUCWG,

I've been working behind-the-scenes on the data import to foundation 
profiles. It's making good progress :)

One quick request - if anyone has time, can you please:

* add an option flag (--data-location or similar) to 
get_active_wg_members.py that allows the specification of the directory 
where the eavesdrop data downloaded by get_meeting_data.sh lives. This 
will help when running the scripts on production systems - instead of 
using a relative path, the data can be downloaded to a separate directory.

* get_meeting_data.sh - would be great to make this script only do 
incremental updates, rather than potentially downloading all the data 
every time it's invoked
