[User-committee] Announcing the Non-ATC Recognition Working Group

Hi everyone,
The poll is now closed and the most popular option was to meet on *Thursdays
at 1900 UTC*. The meeting will be held in #openstack-meeting-3 (based on
its availability). Please check the wiki[1] next week to see the agenda
for our first meeting!
