Stef - We should create and post the presentation on a google drive. I will work on that.
To me, the most interesting thing about the survey results, is that regardless of how people identified they indicated the same barriers - Ease of Engagement into the Community and Tools.
I think the team is turning to address those issues, before reaching out to increase the diversity of the community.

I don't expect any big announcement: anything like 'we showed this deck to the board, have fun browsing it at $URL' would have been more than enough. Just after you assembled the deck for the board, any of the members of the WG could have put it on a web page and shared the link.
There is nothing that needed secrecy or extra-carefulness there, right?

I forgot about this session, thanks. It counts as public announcement, too, and again, I would have expected this session to be advertised by the Diversity WG to the foundation@ list, where other communication from the WG happened.
