I have to admit I've not been following as closely as I'd
like so mea culpa if I'm behind the times. Perhaps those more actively
involved have better suggestions but to ge tthings rolling:

What is the current state of the demo application that was proposed?

If it's not done or not done being documented perhads a hackathon on
that to get it polished off.

If it's read to go then perhaps hands on workshop time based on it.
